A shuttle service allows you to be picked up upon your arrival from Faa'a airport to our agency.
We also offer this shuttle service to and from the Papeete ferry dock.
In case of arrival or departure outside the opening hours of the agency, you can contact us via the online form indicating the desired times. We will come back to you to organize the delivery/return of the keys as well as possible.
We accept several payment methods:

We ask for a deposit of 60,000 Pacific francs (500$) per credit card imprint when the keys are handed over. This amount is not debited from the bank account and is returned in full at the end of the rental if no damage has been noted on the vehicle or no responsible accident with third party occured
According to our company policy, the minimum rental period is 2 days.
The maximum rental period is 6 consecutive months.
For cars, the driver must be at least 23 years old and have held a valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
For 50cc scooters, the driver must be born before the year 2000.
Upon booking, you will receive an email with all the rental information. A final confirmation will follow within 48 hours with information concerning the payment of the deposit allowing you to definitively validate your booking.

Yes, cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental. You can also upgrade or modify your booking, subject to availability. This policy follows the common requirement used by major car rental companies in the country. While conditions may vary by location or by class of vehicle — economy, intermediate, luxury, or van — Pacifica offers more flexible terms for all available cars at our airport rental agency. Whether you booked through our website, or directly by phone with us, you can cancel without any fee as long as you respect the time of rental limit.

In order to pick up the vehicle, you must come to the agency with this list of documents:
- an ID
- the original of your driver's license.
- proof of address less than 3 months old
We provide baby seats (size suitable for children aged 12 months to 3 years) at no extra cost, subject to availability at the time of booking.
A second driver is included at no extra cost.
All our vehicles are covered by standard insurance, which includes a deductible (excess) in the event of damage or accident. This means that in case of a claim, a portion of the costs remains the responsibility of the renter.
For added peace of mind, we offer an optional excess waiver (deductible buyback) that significantly reduces or eliminates your financial liability. This option allows you to enjoy your trip with greater confidence and less stress.
Apart from a few more congested time slots at the beginning and end of the day near Papeete, traffic is generally fluid in Tahiti.
Driving around on a scooter is very pleasant thanks to the temperature which rarely drops below 20°C. Be careful however, traffic can be a little more difficult locally and occasionally during the rainy season (December to March).
